  • We host your parties for weddings, birthdays, office parties or any special celebration. We can accommodate your party with custom menus and personalized planning assistance, for groups from 4-110.

  • Our special meat protocols require the highest standards for beef production for our steaks. This includes minimal use of hormones and antibiotics, top-choice USDA grading, and extraordinary trim and tenderness standards for our in-house Aged and hand cut 100% Black Angus beef.

  • We specify our seafood from purveyors who provide sustainable fishery products only when seasonally available.

  • Sunday and Monday lounge specials include happy hour from 4:30 to 9, and burgers ground from our Filet Mignon and Sirloin trimmings.

  • We offer old fashioned Gift Certificates in any denomination - they’re perfect for appreciating friends, family, and associates. When you buy at least $500 worth of Gift Certificates, you receive a FREE Gift Certificate for 10% of your purchase.

  • Chocolate fudge special occasion cakes for all occasions are baked and designed right here especially for you.

  • The interior of our building was designed by the original owners, Ralph and Jeanne Balding – they tried really hard to eliminate any and all 90° corners.

  • Did you know that a portion of this building (the kitchen area) was the original Deep Rock water plant? And that prior to the building becoming Steaksmith, it was occupied by Guiseppes?

  • Steaksmith Colorado Springs was the THIRD Steaksmith built, with restaurants in Albuquerque and Santa Fe preceding it. The Santa Fe restaurant (under different ownership) is still open and operating as Steaksmith at El Gancho
