Our prices on these seafood menu items are a value to our guests and we sell our inventory of fresh seafood within days of arrival.

Our fresh seafood restaurant menu has been creatively fashioned throughout our 28 years in business. We have created an inspired daily seafood menu that includes seafood items such as: fresh, succulent Atlantic salmon; never frozen delicate trout stuffed with mouth watering shrimp, scallop, and Steaksmith’s own seasoning. These seafood items are just a few of the staples on our seafood menu. These items are seasonal and limited so that we are able to serve only the freshest seafood at its peak of flavor.

Steaksmith sets a memorable dining experience of fine food and casual dining. We present guests with liberal portions at reasonable prices. The wait staff is knowledgeable and accommodating and are happy to offer suggestions.

  • We host your parties for weddings, birthdays, office parties or any special celebration. We can accommodate your party with custom menus and personalized planning assistance, for groups from 4-110.

  • Our special meat protocols require the highest standards for beef production for our steaks. This includes minimal use of hormones and antibiotics, top-choice USDA grading, and extraordinary trim and tenderness standards for our in-house Aged and hand cut 100% Black Angus beef.

  • We specify our seafood from purveyors who provide sustainable fishery products only when seasonally available.

  • Sunday and Monday lounge specials include happy hour from 4:30 to 9, and burgers ground from our Filet Mignon and Sirloin trimmings.

  • We offer old fashioned Gift Certificates in any denomination - they’re perfect for appreciating friends, family, and associates. When you buy at least $500 worth of Gift Certificates, you receive a FREE Gift Certificate for 10% of your purchase.

  • Steaksmith supports local growers and businesses by buying locally grown and marketed produce (in season) and services

  • We have designed most of our recipes right here at Steaksmith – everything is cooked from scratch, starting every morning at 8 AM.

  • The interior of our building was designed by the original owners, Ralph and Jeanne Balding – they tried really hard to eliminate any and all 90° corners.

  • Did you know that a portion of this building (the kitchen area) was the original Deep Rock water plant? And that prior to the building becoming Steaksmith, it was occupied by Guiseppes?

  • Steaksmith Colorado Springs was the THIRD Steaksmith built, with restaurants in Albuquerque and Santa Fe preceding it. The Santa Fe restaurant (under different ownership) is still open and operating as Steaksmith at El Gancho
